What the website itself does
This site has no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels, no optional cookies and no contact form that sends data to a server. That is why there is no optional-cookie consent banner. Private preview access may use the hosting platform’s strictly necessary authentication cookies; these are separate from the enquiry builder.
The optional message builder runs only in your browser. Your answers are held in temporary page memory, are not saved by the site, are not stored in cookies or browser storage, and are cleared when you reset, leave or reload the page. Like any website, the hosting server may process technical connection data, such as IP address, needed to deliver pages securely.
When you open WhatsApp
Pressing a WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp with your draft message prefilled. At that point, the draft is shared with WhatsApp to prepare the chat. The team receives nothing until you press Send inside WhatsApp. WhatsApp is operated by a third party under its own privacy policy, and data may be processed outside the European Economic Area under that provider’s safeguards. Legal basis
Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) when you ask about an investigation; our legitimate interest in answering messages sent to us (Article 6(1)(f)); and legal obligations where applicable (Article 6(1)(c)). Where we rely on consent, for example to pass your details to another provider, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing.
Keep it minimal

- 02No name, email or phone is required to begin, beyond what WhatsApp itself shows
- 03Share safe, non-identifying photos only if asked, inside WhatsApp
- 04Do not send ID documents, bank details or access codes
How long messages are kept
This website does not store received WhatsApp messages. For the retention arrangements applicable to messages you send, or to exercise your data-protection rights, contact LIT Electricians SL at info@litelectricians.com. No specific received-message retention period is stated here.
Your rights
Where applicable, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability and withdrawal of consent. Write to the privacy contact above. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.
