The sequence
01 Observations
You share what you noticed and the general area on WhatsApp. No personal details are required to start.
02 Suitability
We check whether it is a hidden private water question, an ordinary plumbing issue, a heating matter, or something for the utility.
03 Confirmation
If it fits, the responsible contractor, methods, access, availability, scope, charges and deliverables are confirmed in writing.
04 Investigation
Only if you agree to those terms. Outcomes are not guaranteed and further access may still be needed.
05 Findings
Whatever is agreed as a deliverable, and nothing implied beyond it.
06 Repair
Separately agreed, possibly with a different provider, with its own scope and price.

About insurance
Whether a leak, its investigation or its repair is covered is decided by your insurer under your policy. We cannot promise coverage, an insurer-accepted report or any outcome with an insurer. If you intend to claim, speak to your insurer first and tell us what they require.
Methods are confirmed, not advertised
You will not find a list of equipment here. The methods available for a particular case are confirmed by the responsible contractor before booking. A single reading or image is not proof of a leak.
